Q. What comes with the ecig69 starter Kit?

A standard kit comes with two rechargeable batteries, USB charger and AC adaptor, six refill cartridges of your choice of flavor, and a zipper case along with the User's manual for 51 DUO starter kit and with a alteration of the CE4 Cartomizer instead of the cartridges in case of the EGO cigarette. Our ecigarette cartridges are to be refilled with the E-Liquid for the EGO cigarettes or just conveniently replace the dead cartridge with a new replacement cartridge in case of 51 DUO starter kit. We offer various nicotine levels for our refill cartridges: High strength - 16mg, Medium - 11mg, Low - 6mg, and None - 0mg.

Q. Is there a recommended way to clean the batteries?

We recommend cleaning all batteries 1-2 times per month. Do not allow any liquid at any time to enter the battery. Utilize rubbing alcohol to gently wipe away any dirt on the threading of the battery.

Q. What if some of the products I order on back order?

In rare case if there is any fault in our product, contact us within 7 days from the day of purchase and we will replace the purchased product with another of the same type. In case the product is out of stock then feel free to contact our customer care who will provide you with an alternative solution.

In rare cases we do run out of particular products such as colored batteries or particular flavor or strength in a refill cartridge, we will notify you by either telephone or email informing you of the out of stock products. You can either place the order on backorder for the particular item or change your item for one in stock. If we do not reach contact with you, we reserve the right to substitute for an alternate flavor and/or strength.
